You are also welcome to make the contract in our online service, which is open 24/7, but unfortunately the service is only in Finnish.
When making the contract, select general electricity as the metering method – you can choose this even if you previously had night or seasonal electricity.
If you need the electricity contract to take effect quickly or require assistance with making the contract, contact our customer service directly.
The contract is valid indefinitely.
With the Louna Helppo agreement, you pay a fixed monthly fee that includes the amount of energy per month in the package you choose. We charge for energy exceeding the monthly limit at the price of the Louna Varma universal electricity.
If your contract begins in the middle of the month, both the monthly fee and the energy in the package will be invoiced according to days of use.
The package prices don't include your local distribution network operator’s distribution charge.
Did you know these things before making an electricity contract?
By making an electricity contract with Turku Energia, you accept that information related to the contract will be exchanged electronically via EnergiaOnline, as well as by email and text message. If you prefer, you can also choose paper-based transactions by contacting our customer service.
Please note that by making an electricity contract with us, you authorize Turku Energia to make a network service agreement in your name with the distribution network operator and to take the necessary steps to end the electricity supply with your current electricity seller.
By making an electricity contract with us, you confirm that you have the right to make an electricity contract for the specified usage location and that any other parties to the contract approve this action.
Information about your contract
The electricity under the contract is 100% renewable energy. It is generated using wind power, hydropower, and biomass.
The Turku Energia Terms of Electricity Sales shall be applied to this contract. The up-to-date list of Electricity Sales service charges is available at the same page.
The contract will expire at the end of the term. If the customer has not entered into a new fixed-term contract, we will secure the customer's supply of electricity with a new non-fixed-term contract for an electricity sales product that is in accordance with our obligation to deliver.
The annual amount of energy in the consumer customer's electricity contract can be a maximum of 60,000 kWh. If the consumer customer's annual consumption exceeds the above-mentioned amount, the contract is exchanged for one that better corresponds to the consumption amount.
