Louna Arki electricity contract
Louna Arki is an electricity contract valid until further notice. The energy price of the contract follows the development of the market price of electricity and is updated when necessary. We will notify you of price changes well in advance, at least one month before the new price takes effect. The contract can be terminated with a 14-day notice period.
In the area of Turku Energia Sähköverkot's distribution network, the Louna Arki electricity contract is our electricity product that is subject to delivery.

Prices are increasing ahead of the winter season
The beginning of 2026 was exceptionally cold, dry, and also characterized by low wind conditions in the electricity market. As a result of higher than normal electricity consumption, lower wind power generation, and extensive hydropower production, the Nordic hydro reservoir balance weakened sharply. At the end of February, Israel and the United States carried out military strikes against Iran, leading to a significant disruption of traffic through the Strait of Hormuz. This, in turn, has increased the prices of fuels used in electricity generation. The situation in the Middle East remains highly challenging. During the pricing period, electricity derivative prices showed an upward trend.
During the upcoming pricing period starting on 1 October 2026, the energy price of the Louna Arki contract will increase by 63% compared with the price level in effect on 1 April 2026. The monthly basic fee remains unchanged.
The obligation of electricity suppliers ensures that all households and small electricity users always have at least one provider from whom they can secure an electricity contract. Electricity contracts under the obligation must be reasonably priced in relation to market price levels.
In every region of Finland, there is an electricity company responsible for offering obligated electricity contracts to the residents of that area. Turku Energia is the obligated electricity supplier in the Turku Energia Sähköverkot electricity network area.

The Louna Arki electricity contract is available to consumer and business customers within Turku Energia's obligation to supply. To sign up, please contact our customer service. When making the contract, we will verify that the customer is eligible to enter into a Louna Arki contract. We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the eligibility criteria are not met.
Things to know before signing an electricity contract
By making an electricity contract with Turku Energia, you accept that information related to the contract will be exchanged electronically via EnergiaOnline, as well as by email and text message. If you prefer, you can also choose paper-based transactions by contacting our customer service.
Please note that by making an electricity contract with us, you authorize Turku Energia to make a network service agreement in your name with the distribution network operator and to take the necessary steps to end the electricity supply with your current electricity seller.
By making an electricity contract with us, you confirm that you have the right to make an electricity contract for the specified usage location and that any other parties to the contract approve this action.
Information about your contract
The electricity under the contract is 100% renewable energy. It is generated using wind power, hydropower, and biomass.
The energy price under the contract follows developments in the electricity market price and is adjusted when necessary. We will notify you of any price changes well in advance, at least one month before the new price takes effect.
This contract is subject to the Turku Energia Terms of Electricity Sales in force at the relevant time. Please also see the current Electricity Sales Service Price List (in Finnish).
The annual amount of energy in the consumer customer's electricity contract can be a maximum of 60,000 kWh. If the consumer customer's annual consumption exceeds the above-mentioned amount, the contract is exchanged for one that better corresponds to the consumption amount.
