The service price list shows the service charges related to Turku Energia Sähköverkot Oy's power transmission. Other services are charged as per agreement with the customer.
Connection charges for the initiation of power transmission
Requiring that the safety of the connection has been verified by 15.00. If the safety of the connection is reported later, the connection of power will be postponed to the following working day.

Payment reminders and other payment requests as well as disconnection notices are dealt by Ropo Capital with Turku Energia’s mandate. Payment reminder sendings are charged according to the Debt Collection Act. Ropo Capital will charge additional fees for other collection operations according to their current price list.
