The service price list shows the service charges related to Turku Energia Sähköverkot Oy's power transmission. Other services are charged as per agreement with the customer.
Connection charges for the initiation of power transmission
Requiring that the safety of the connection has been verified by 18.00. If the safety of the connection is reported later, the connection of power will be postponed to the following working day.

The delivery of payment reminders and other demands for payment as well as disconnection notifications are handled on behalf of Turku Energia Sähköverkot Oy by Ropo Capital Oy. We charge a fee of five euros for sending a payment reminder. Other collection fees are billed by Ropo Capital according to their prices valid at the time.
